Action for ‘This Season’

Improve Information and Communication: Develop “welcome material”, both written and on-line, to include info about church year (main festivals and events), Wedding, Baptisms policies etc, who’s who, and a history of Holy Trinity.

Growing friendships: through further meetings and socials outside of Sunday services e.g. welcome team “introducing buddies”, welcome evenings, social events, coffee mornings, working together in teams to run our church.

Five Year Vision: To be a church that enables and encourages all of us at every age to grow our relationship with God and with each other.

Action for ‘This Season’

To extend our children’s work by providing specifically for an older age group.

To encourage sustained spiritual growth among adults through small groups (alpha, confirmation and other sessions of special Christian focus).

| Finance |

Five Year Vision: To be a church where we cover all of our ministry costs through our own giving, enabling

all other income to be re-invested to multiply our ministries

and for us to be generous givers to others.

Action for ‘This Season’

Stewardship programme to increase giving to enable us to fulfil God’s vision in our community.

Make efficient use of what we have, Green and Blue Rooms, main church – consider car park, gardens and other means of income generation.

Five Year Vision: To be a well-organised church that runs efficiently, meets the needs of our community and enables all of us to play to our strengths as we serve together.

Action for ‘This Season’

To draw on our existing skills to develop a volunteer admin. team to enable our Vicar to lead us in delivering God’s vision for Holy Trinity.

Develop plans for employing a part time administrator.
